Honestly impressed today. Before, renewing a bike bluebook could easily take 4–5 hours, but today the entire process was completed in just 30 minutes. I also received my smart card license within 5 minutes. It’s great to see government services becoming faster and more efficient. That said, there’s still room for improvement—payments are still cash-only. Introducing online payment options would make the experience even smoother and more convenient for everyone.
